P.S.: I should add that the Registry tweak is only for NT4, NT5, NT5.1, and
Server (NT4, Win2000, WinXP, and up) -- *not* 9x. Maben said he's using XP.
You can also set it at HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control
Panel\Keyboard\InitialKeyboardIndicators...
