LIST.COM isn't part of DOS. It's a DOS utility, written and still
actively maintained by Vernon Buerg. The latest version (9.6x,
dated 7/29/04) can be downloaded here:
http://www.buerg.com/downloads/listplus.zip
This is _the_ classic DOS file viewer, a must-have when you need to
see "what's really there" (as opposed to what XyWrite or any other
program displays on the screen). The two essential files are
LIST.COM and LIST.DOC.
