Robert, please nclose a copy of what you have designed for printing the text
blocks and I'll see if I can help resolve that problem. Also, apologies from
the company... I find it hard to believe that you still have not received the
update. I will talk to Sales TODAY, and ensure that the order is shipped as
soon as possible.

Let me read your next message before commenting on your points concerning the
future of XyWrite.
