A Windows version of my Xy Keyboard Compiler

Hello all,

I am not sure if anyone besides myself is using this (it would be nice
to know, you could email me if you do!), but I made a new Windows
version for myself and published it for others to download (Harbour
source included). This allows for documenting the keyboard file (by
prefixing comments) and making a clean copy for Xy:
