The Jumbo U2 gives you several decoding options: Base64, Quoted-
Printable, UU, XX, and XPLCODE (our "proprietary" coding utility).
These will decode anything that can be displayed in XyWrite, but
they won't handle binary files. So you still need external, non-
XyWrite utilities (especially Base64) to decode binary files
manually.

I have some good OS/2 utilities, but for Windows -- sorry, no can
help. Perhaps one of the Windows mavens on this list will have a
suggestion.
