Bad Serial Number

I left a message here yeaterday, but when logging on today the system didn't
recognize my name ... I logged on as a new user, and here I am again with the
same question. I've got the new Wealth Transfer Planning package, but the
serial number (XyWrite serial number) doesn't "take."

Also, I note that you've got support for Windows XyWrite. Can rthe Wealth
Transfer Plsanning software be made to run in windows?
