Would you and Robert Holmgren like to be Vice-Chancellors? I'll let you
two duke it out (in XPL, of course). It was careless if not outrageous of
me to use a title, as I believe Leslie Bialler is officially in charge of
establishing them, and the only thing I can remember for certain is that
someone out there is Minister of Education... Leslie?
