Food for thought. As I understand it, CMD.EXE is an "advanced" command
interpreter, and COMMAND.COM is the cruder, maybe 16-bit command
interpreter. Right?
In shelling to DOS from Xy, I've found that to run some programs while
shelled, such as a batch file, I have to use CMD.EXE. Viz:
BX dos/nv/x/z /c cmd /c psftpsam.batQ2
Is there any principle here on when to shell with CMD and when COMMAND?
