Jordan, thanks for this information. Having just upgraded from v42 to
v43.0.1, I opted to re-enable the three (rarely-used) add-ons that had
been disabled. In principle, I think the new signature requirment is a
good one. These days, though, I find I rely less on add-ons than I used
to, and more on web services (e.g., for file conversion).
