Problems With XyWin

I'd mentioned in earlier messages problems with 'Protection Violation' in
XyWrite for Windows. Well, I have a doozy for you.
Enclosed is a large file which I prepared using XyWrite for DOS. Its over 110k
of heavily formatted text: framed areas, graphics, indexes, table of contents,
about 90 pages, etc. I have no problem with this file in either Signature 1.0
or XyWrite 4.01x. However, strange things occur when I work with the file in
XyWrite for Windows.
1) If I try to print any portion of the file, the system hangs with 'Protection
Violation', and I have to shut Windows down completely.
2) After about page 50, the contents of framed areas become corrupted: instead
of neat boxes around text I get either blank boxes or boxes filled with random
text from style settings.
3) The program jumps wildly between pages: when trying to scroll page by page
using ALT+PG-DN I'll jump from page 54 to page 27.
4) I'll get random angle bracket characters '≪' and '≫' inserted in the text,
causing 'Invalid formatting code' messages.
AGain, this file formats and prints correctly with DOS XyWrite. I enclose the
ZIPPED file for your consideration.
Thanks in advance....
Steve
