There was a link for an optional d/l of ver. 358-B included in a recent
message to the list. I don't know if that was the lite version to which you
referred, or a full-featured one. (It said something about being a network
version. I'd never heard of anything beyond 3.57.) If what you have is not
adequate for testing purposes, let us know.
