Glad to. Thanks for looking into this.

The one named HB_UP.LOG is WheelUp only. The one named HB_DOWN_THEN_UP.LOG
is from using two WheelDowns followed by two WheelUps.


I did this with as close to a plain vanilla setup as I could easily get:
turned off Autohotkey and KatMouse.

Could you try the test build of vDos-lfn from the following URL, run it
with "vDos-lfn-test /log" (without quotes), and try to move the wheel up
and down, then let me know the automatically generated content of the file
vDos-lfn.log? Thanks!
