XYDOS (4.0) imports files in TIFF format without any problem and
it lets you crop and size the image when importing. It also
offers you possibility to convert number of other formats (page
4-79) to TIFF.
As I do not know what graphic format is IBM Works using it is
difficult to make a specific recommendation.
However the OS/2 shareware graphics program PMJPEG lets you
import number of graphics program and convert to TIFF. It also
offers an excellent graph screen capture facility that you can
use to get the image you want, manipulate it, save it in TIFF
format and import later on, in other programs like XYDOS.
I have used it on some occasions and it works great.
