It's the KBD file!

Sending this to the list too:
I just did the obvious: loaded a much older (5 years or so) .KBD file--and
put on ctrl-Y

21=$K,xd,rl

And that damn thing works great!!!
So unless you have some simple, automated way to find the problem in the
.kbd file forget it--I'll do a "binary" check of halfway down, then quarter
way, etc. using sections from the functioning, older .kbd.
When I find the problem, if it is in any way of interest to the list, I'll
post it.
