Yes, I have that too. I think it was just a Firefox problem, and due to the
fact that Firefox puts its icon into its executable (firefox.exe), so you
have to hack the .exe file to get the icon you want--and that's what I did,
courtesy of ResHacker.exe (i.e., Resource Hacker).
