BTW, for those who seem to be easily annoyed by posts -- you
might want to try learning how to use kill files or get a
threaded reader with filters.
For instance, I can filter out any individual name, or even all
posts from places like aol.com, or on any specific subject. Not
that a list with -- what, maybe 500-600 total posts? -- this
little traffic is in serious need of such a thing --- I've seen
lists with 100-200 posts a day. But whatever, some have little
tolerance, I guess.
