At the risk of sounding ungrateful, I'd note that the fastest XY-capable version to date is Wengier's June 3 vdos_lfn, built on the June release of vdos.  For those who don't need the latest command line modifications, that version may be preferable.


Current vdosxy3 still offers the best cursor speed control, though the overall speed improvement in the June vdos/vdos_lfn comes close.

Manuel, sorry you had a problem. I understand now that I need the 
Dropbox desktop app in order to share files with all the world. I'll 
see to that over the weekend. And I'll add a link to Kari's site so 
that it's accessible from XyWWWeb.
