The secret of XyWrite's proprietorship remains a secret.
If that is the case, then when you come to write the history of XyWrite you must, when it comes time to discuss this issue, quote Balzac, in La Cousine Bette, with 'The secret of the profound secrecy of this secret was as follows: . . . . .' I must try to find that passage in the French.
If XyWrite really is abandonware (I wonder how that term would be translated into German given that German has no precise equivalent of abandon) then I wonder if its popularity wouldn't be enhanced by putting out a package on the file-sharing networks that might include the binaries, a manual and a readme summarizing its benefits and offering basic installation help?
On another topic, has anyone who has seen or worked with one of the new MacBooks shared my annoyance with the keyboard design?
