But in fact they haven't frustrated any of our efforts. They
want to entice us to join the NB camp, not piss us off.
Nothing, I think, would quite infuriate this group like an
attempt to clamp down on our principle of free XyWrite and free
access to information. We are a tiny blip on their radar.

That last point is valid, but I think the likelihood of finding
a sponsor is relatively low, nor would I want to try if we have
to compromise on breadth of information. The Xy3+
documentation, though impressive in its day, is a LOT less
complete than the final XyWin documentation (all subsequent
manuals were based on the Xy3+ docs and in many cases, where
nothing was changed or enhanced, they quote the Xy3+ manual
verbatim).
