This procedure should work. If you're still stuck, I could Zip up my 4.018 directory (less the
customized versions of some files I've added or replaced -- you'd still have to tinker with
STARTUP.INT and
SETTINGS.DFL to make it relevant to *your* situation, unless I can locate the original installation
version of those files) and send it your way. Unlike a lot of other software, even from the DOS
era, the 4.018
installation does almost nothing besides unpacking the files and placing them in a few specific
directories.
