StarDivision office suite -- MS filters

Mirabile dictu, StarDivision, a German software company, has announced
it's offering licenses for its much-lauded office suite "available for
free for individual non-commercial use." There are versions for OS/2,
Linux, and Sun Solaris, as well as Windoze. The OS/2 version did an
incomparable job importing a particular MS Office file (ver 8?) here
which no other product had come close to making sense of. I believe
you must install all the suite. The download is huge (72 megs) making
it perhaps overkill for just a filter (otoh, so is MS Office) but at
first glance the entire package is quite impressive.
