XY and XP

I thought it might be worth reminding those on the list struggling to get XY to work with Windows
XP that both XY3 and XY4 work well with Windows 2000. The problems with a slow cursor when running
in a DOS box, experienced in both Windows 2000 and XP, were fixed for the former in Service Pack 4.
 One might hope that the next service release for XP will also fix the problem. In the meantime
the other option, unless XP is vital, is to obtain a copy of Windows 2000. I have been using it
for a couple of years now, on the recommendation of Robert Holmgren, and have found it to be
extremely reliable. I see no obvious reason to upgrade.
