  I received my 4.12 maintenance upgrade of XW about a week ago.
 Of course it was not as simple as that. I was sent 4.016 XY by
mistake about a month ago and had to return that before they
would send the 4.12. So it took about five weeks to conclude the
transaction. I would suggest installing in a separate
subdirectory at first. I initially ran into problems with the
install, particu- larly getting the right set of fonts
operating--it took three installs to get it right.'
