Minimum Tp

I use the HP-LJ Series II printer (and probably will continue to for awhile).
As you know, with this printer there seem to be minimum white space
requirements, particularly at the top margin. With 3.5x, I used to have some
success at forcing printing conspicuously higher than it (natively) wanted to
go, via PCL commands. So far, with ver. 4 I have done something similar,
simply by cutting the TP= default in half in SETTINGS.DFL. When I get a
chance, I'm going to see how much farther up printing can go. Thus far, it
seems too easy.
