Another useful PDF maker is CAD-KAS PDF Creator. Don't have the URL here
right now (it's on my laptop) but the neat thing about that app is that
in conjunction with WordPerfect's "Booklet Printing" you can print first
the odd, then the even pages in WP to a file, then COMBINE those two
files into one PDF in PDF Creator (if GSWIN32 can do that, I haven't
been able to figure out how). Then if the recipient wants to print a
booklet, he or she just prints half the page range, flips the paper,
prints the other half, and Voilà, a booklet, all ready to fold and
staple. (WP's own "publish to PDF" routine uses screen resolution, and
the result looks lousy when printed.)
