Tom, if you wish to REQUEST information from an Excell spreadsheet, you must
first define the NAME of the cell range, etc., (Under Formula, Define Name)
under Excel before you can execute the request. Under XyWrite, Topic refers to
the document in the Server application (Excel) and Item refers to the defined
range, etc. Once the cell or range is defined you can request the date from
Excel.
