So what! Does it really matter that the First of January, 2000, falls on a
Saturday instead of a Monday, as it did in 1900? We can just go out on Friday, 31
Dec 1999, then enjoy Leap Day (keep us in accord with solar calendar), and
following day will be Monday, 1 Jan 1900. Or -- maybe you just want to party over
the three-day (Leap Day+Sat+Sun) weekend?
