(who have 1 2nd hand copy if anyone is interested for $5) and I cannot order
it/won't order it as (1) I don't fancy sending my visa details unencripted
via e-mail, telephone or fax as they ask for and (2) I don't have a US state
as I live in London, England so it precludes me from ordering over the World
Wide Web ...
