Here's what I use, in my commented line:
BC d it=519,1543,8193,264,1792,8193,1543,1
Insert Cursor Type makes cursor visible in 40/50
lines
519,1543,8193 defines 25 line
264,1792,8193 defines 43 lines
1543 defines DOS
