When I referred to previous discussions of these issues, they were anything but
terse. We have had length exchanges on the subject of what XyWrite is and
isn't and what it should be and should not be. We are working on a new product
that addresses what we perceive to be the market we can best serve, and are
always interested in constructive suggestions.

I think those who have participated on this list find us receptive to that sort
of dialogue, even if we don't always agree. You assumption that we are
otherwise is a little presumptuous.
