Downloading is one thing, uploading another. You can't just freely
upload to the public directory. At least, I don't think so. They're
worried about viruses and other issues... I'm waiting for Nathan to
return; apparently, he's away. (And shortly, next week, I'm away, so...)
When it's available for FTP, I'll announce it here.
