Thanks to everyone who chipped in on my expanded memory
problem.

Taking a cue from Dorothy Day, I called tech support at
Dell, and while they claimed it wasn't their problem, they
got me deep enough into Windows that I could begin to
maneuver on my own using information the tech never heard of
but that I had gleaned from this list.

Peter Evan's config.sys was key, BUT it showed up in Windows
with little boxes that have to be checked for each line, and
they weren't.

Now they are and I have 64M Expanded Memory.

Thanks to Peter, Dorothy, Carl, Wolfgang Bechstein, Robert
Orndorff, Robert Holmgren, Jeff (Peregrine), and Leslie
Bialler and Myron Gochnauer whose correspondence on the
topic I fished out from last August.

I think when an issue like expanded memory is important to
the running of Xywrite it really is not off-topic. And when
a manufacturer's tech support doesn't know its own product,
the list is the only hope.
