Dear Members of the xywrite Users Group
I would like to put my two cents in -which is certainly not worth anymore
since in 55 years I was only involved in one trademark and patent case- but if
none of us are selling Xywrite who ever now owns Xywrite ( I assume it is a
patent) can hardly sue for damages since its market for Xywrite was
not diminished and no revenue was achieved which could be
recaptured..
Does the Technology Group even exist today. I googled it and could
not find it.

This
assumes that there would be a market for the repackaged program.
Which
leads to a hypothetical question: Suppose that all copies of all
versions
of EDITOR.EXE in all the world -- including yours, mine and
everyone else's
-- disappeared, except for one copy (of each version)
held by an eBay
seller who puts it up for auction. What would be your
maximum bid (in US
dollars) to recover your favorite flavor of XyWrite
or NB-DOS?
