Re: XYCONS in PNG format

We don't need an icon converter, we need something to trick Vista into
letting us use any other icon but the blank piece of paper for a DOS app.

There MUST be a way to do that. I mean, couldn't one edit whatever file
that is the basis of the blank piece of paper? BTW, is it a blank piece of
paper or a representation of a video monitor?
