Where can I download xywrite?

I came across references to XyWrite recently, when I was looking at the
Notabene website. I'd like to download a copy, which I gather was possible
until recently from The Technology Group website. Is there anywhere else (a
mirror site?) I can download it from?
You've probably had this question a million times, but I'm new to the group
(and to XyWrite).
