Its been 18 months since I ordered both products. I got ORBIS, used it a few
times, and then threw it away because it made XyWrite so slow as to be
unusable. Then, I got a new version of Oribs a few months a go, installed it,
and discovered it ROUTINELY crashed on my computer at home. So I threw it away
a second time. I was told by Baltimore that IBID is shipping now. I suppose
I'll install it, find it doesn't work, and throw THAT one away too.

Sorry for the cynicism, but my experience with TTG on this matter is lousy.
Repeated promises of "your product is shipping REAL SOON NOW," followed by
delivery of useless products, is disheartening to say the least! Not to mention
the fact that I paid for the programs 18 months ago.  If you could forward
this message to Mr. Ramsey in Baltimore I'd appreciate it. I'm tired of calling
them myself.
