Having a university connection makes no difference at all in anything
concerning the Internet, except of course cost. The simplest way to
download binary files with a Web browser is to use the address
gopher://ccat.sas.upenn.edu:70/11/software/xywrite
Which will show you a list of downloadable files on which you can
click to your heart's content.
