Auto envelope macro

This macro creates an envelope or mailing label and appends it to the
end of your file, without messing up any page numbering you are likely
to be using. It is currently set up for a typical daisywheel printer
but can be easily modified by changing the styles saved in Variable 05.
Comments and modifications for lasers and inkjets would be appreciated.
