Paul, There's slow and then there's slow. WinFax moves a lot quicker under Word than it does under XyWin. Maybe I should try E-Fax. BTW, Ken Franks acknowledged to me in this forum that XyWin should run better under WinFax, and that his people are looking into it. Jack
