Dan, I entered the on-screen display modes suggested in Xyjournal for my
Toshiba 1100+. The only disadvantage is that you can no longer tell where the
cursor is in the spelling choice menu during a spell check, since all choices
are now uniformally reverse-video. Perhaps there is a way around it, but I
haven't figured out what.
