At this point, I am not well-versed enough to do so. My DOSBox-X
experiments are quite sporadic. In my opinion, vDosPlus is still the
number one solution for Windows XyWrite, and the point with DOSBox-X is
more in Mac and Linux setups.

The original vDosPlus installer (not vDosPlus XyWrite installer) was not
exclusively designed for XyWrite either, but you created the vDosPlus
XyWrite installer to help setup vDosPlus for XyWrite. Perhaps you can
make a DOSBox-X XyWrite installer too when you have time?
