Set cursor color?

I've installed a clean Xy4 setup using the new upgrader, and want to 
change the cursor color.
I press F10, then Advanced, Preferences, Defaults, then scroll down to 
Screen Cursor/Window Colors and press Enter.
The menu tells me "Press Help key for colors" but when I press F1, I'm 
told "Help is not available for this item."  I'm able to find the color 
settings by going to the Index, then Color Choices, but is this what is 
intended?
