Myron,
Two options: the easy one, use one of my installers to make a vDosPlus
instance. The best part of this is that it has far superior font and
print support than what was originally proposed out-of-box.
The more difficult one, if you are using Windows 7 or earlier, you can
install Virtual-PC-2007
(https://download.cnet.com/Microsoft-Virtual-PC-2007-SP1-64-bit/3000-18513_4-75451528.html),
install DOS in it and just drop to IMG files onto it.
An intermediate solution would be to use Edward Mendelson's Win31DOSBox
DOS session and convert IMG floppy images into zip files and put the
files they contain into a folder for setup (link to this utility at the
bottom of my page https://www.lexitec.fi/xywrite/utility.html).
That said, the first option is the only one that can be done without
very good knowledge of virtual machine solutions.
Best regards,
Kari Eveli

Thanks for the Signature disk reference.
That raises a question to which I have not found an answer:
*
*
*How can we install a program that comes spread over several floppy disk
_images_?*
I dont have enough 3.5 floppies to recreate the original disks, and I
am always stumped when the installation program requires you to Insert
disk 2 in the drive.
