Please forgive the delay in responding. Even now, I need to beg your

indulgence. We are a bit behind because of email response to NB News

and emails we sent out. And now I have to be out all day tomorrow

(Tuesday). But I will certainly get back to you before the beginning

of next week (at the latest). My apologies for this additional delay.

(Your earlier email certainly deserved a response as well. The only

thing I would say in my defense [hardly adequate, I know!] is that I

needed to talk to Dave Erickson before responding [it's a bit

complicated] and I actually did that a couple of weeks ago, so there

should hopefully be a path forward [but as I say, it's a bit complicated].)
