And how possible is it? To write a Windows app, you need the Windows
APIs, no? And does MS let them out of its hat for 2-guys-in-a-garage
startups? I don't think so. (Of course, M$ apps are among the most
frequent perpetrators of GPSes, "illegal operations," and page faults;
though their programmers presumably have full access to all the info.)
