I don't think so. To run programs from the command line, XyWrite "shells out"
to MS-DOS, not to Win95. But you can run XyWrite in a DOS window *within*
Win95 and run other Windows programs concurrently, toggling among them all
using the Alt+Tab keystroke. I've done this for years without incident on
Win3.11 up to Win98. I'm wary of running two separate DOS sessions within
Win95, because it seems inevitable that something would end up fighting over
the same chunk of memory ... Being conservative by nature, I also open as few
programs as necessary and I prefer to run XyWrite full-screen rather than in
a window. As you probably know, that just takes a simple modification of the
PIF file ("Properties" in Win95).
