Good grief - all this stuff about platforms - I guess I'll have
to pose the question myself:

What exactly will the new version do that the old one won't? Or
what will the new version do better than the old version? Will
the new version give up its death grip on the keyboard and the
hlp files? Will the new version use better screen fonts? Will
the swallows return to Capistrano?
