Re ZC=Zero capitalization

It was in README.1st (part of the U2 package), and it is there explained
that ZC=1 will "preserve upper and lowercase in spelling commands, e.g.
Auto-Expand." Testing just now, I find that it works like this: assume
you have, say,
mva motor vehicle accident
in your spelling file, and you type MVA; it expands to MOTOR VEHICLE
ACCIDENT. Whereas with ZC=0, typing MVA will give you Motor vehicle
accident.
