To change the screen font (at least, in XP) for windowed mode:
1. Go to the program icon and righ-click.
2. Properties.
3. Font. You'll see the available fonts.
4. Select the one you like and accept.
I posted some fonts for windowed mode (several resolutions) a lot of
time ago.
