Xy & Brother Laser Printer

Greetings all,
I just purchased a Brother HL-1440 laser printer at a local office
store. My reason for this choice was - 1) It has both parallel and USB
connections 2) It works with Win, Mac, PCL4 emulation for DOS. 3) It's
received a few awards 4) new toner cart. is about $65 and it is used by
many other Brother printers, fax, and all-in-one machines so is apt to
be available for some time to come.

I just printed off a test page using Xy3. I sent it a page with some
basic format codes and it printed beautifully.

I am not a printer genius & I am an Xy novice, therefore does anyone on
the list have recommendations or potential issues concerning this
printer with Xy?
